Cancellation's & No Shows
At February Lane, we are committed to delivering a personalised and exceptional experience. In honouring the time and care we reserve exclusively for each guest, we ask that you please review our booking terms below.
A 30% booking fee is required to secure all appointments. This fee is non-refundable and will be credited toward your final service total.
We kindly ask for a minimum of 24 hours’ notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Changes made within this window will result in the forfeiture of your booking fee, and a new fee will be required to reserve a future time.
Guests who do not attend their appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the total service value.
A confirmation text will be sent 72 hours prior to your scheduled visit to ensure ample time for any adjustments. Thank you for valuing our time as much as we value yours.
Booking Procedures
To secure your appointment at February Lane, a 30% deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit is processed securely online and will be credited toward your final service total.
Please note, all deposits are non-refundable, including in the case of cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours of your appointment.
By proceeding with your booking, you acknowledge and accept these terms.
A valid credit or debit card must also be stored securely on file for online bookings. This card may be charged in line with our Cancellation Policy, including for late cancellations, rescheduling within 24 hours, or non-attendance.
All payment details are encrypted and securely stored via our booking system. February Lane does not have direct access to your card information.

Privacy & Data Protection
At February Lane, your privacy and data security are of the utmost importance. All appointment and payment information is securely managed through our booking platform, Ovatu, which uses industry-standard encryption and complies with PCI-DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards).
When you book an appointment, your personal information (such as name, contact details, and card information) is collected solely for the purpose of managing your booking and delivering a seamless salon experience. Payment details are securely processed via Stripe and are never directly visible or stored by us.
By booking with us, you consent to the collection and secure handling of your data in line with these terms.
