Cancellation + Booking Procedures

At February Lane , we pride ourselves in offering a beautiful service.

Noting our time is beyond valuable to us as is yours. 

PLEASE NOTE : Any cancellations or reschedules within 24 hours of booking time will result in forfeiting the original booking fee of 30% . A new booking fee will need to be applied to all new bookings and reschedules . A confirmation text will always be sent out 72hours prior to the appointment to ensure enough time for all neccessary contact and changes. Thank you for your understanding and respecting the value of booking our times and services. 

PLEASE NOTE : All bookings will require a booking fee of 30%. All rebookings made in person or in salon will also require a 30% booking fee to secure future time slot. Please refer to cancelation poilicy.
